在線(xiàn)全自動(dòng)雙方向分板機(jī) XJVC-10A 機(jī)器簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明：
全自動(dòng)在線(xiàn)V槽分板機(jī)型“V”槽分板機(jī)對(duì)分板質(zhì)量有更進(jìn)一步的提高；可實(shí)現(xiàn)V槽X,Y雙方向自動(dòng)分切，對(duì)分切鋁基板、銅基板、FR4、玻纖板分裁干凈無(wú)毛刺，分板機(jī)可以接駁流水線(xiàn)實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)分板無(wú)需人工放板；分切好的板經(jīng)流水線(xiàn)運(yùn)走大大節(jié)省人力，完全實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人化分板作業(yè)。變換產(chǎn)品時(shí)直接換取刀模部分及吸盤(pán)部份無(wú)需人工去慢慢調(diào)刀大大節(jié)省時(shí)間。
1、一臺(tái)機(jī)器配一個(gè)下刀分切刀模模塊在機(jī)器上。PCB板通過(guò)上板機(jī)構(gòu)把PCB板送出到預(yù)定的軌道上；機(jī)械手移過(guò)來(lái)用真空吸嘴把PCB板運(yùn)過(guò)來(lái)放到分切機(jī)器的刀模上。
2、PCB放在下面刀模模塊上后；移動(dòng)到分切位置，機(jī)器上圓刀平移分切PCB板，平移分切完一刀后，下面刀模模塊再移動(dòng)到分切位置；直到分完橫向的板精密旋轉(zhuǎn)中空平臺(tái)自動(dòng)旋轉(zhuǎn)90度對(duì)豎向的板進(jìn)行分切。
3、機(jī)器分切完P(guān)CB之后刀模刀組退出；取板機(jī)械手移過(guò)來(lái)把分切好的PCB板放和板廢料邊同時(shí)吸起來(lái)，移到廢料框上放下廢料，再平移到收板機(jī)構(gòu)上的料盤(pán)上擺好產(chǎn)品由運(yùn)輸線(xiàn)送走。
4 、機(jī)器分切刀模下面有工業(yè)吸塵器吸走PCB粉塵。
以此循環(huán)工作。
備注：分切好的一塊塊小PCB板，可根據(jù)客戶(hù)要求自動(dòng)擺放在料盒（料盤(pán)，或直接放在流水線(xiàn)上）中由流水線(xiàn)運(yùn)走。
